I went to the beach!!

I went to Cape Cod today -- unplanned.

Yesterday my friend called and asked me whether I'd like to join them to our friend's place in Marshfield and then to the beach.

Beach? Of course!! So I said yes.

So my plan to do my thesis today went to thin air.

I feel happy, tired, sleepy with all the beachy goodness. The sand, the cold water, the sandcastles, the kids, the balls, the seagulls, the pebbles, the tiny shrimps, the sun, the breeze, the tan, the people!!

I spoke Indonesian almost the whole day today. I felt like I was in a nursery, too. Six kids!! But I am still beachily happy!!
