Yesterday I sorted out some of my older files -- then I came across this JPEG file. It made me realize that I MISS PAINTING TERRIBLY.
I painted the Seagulls (from a photo I took in Gold Coast, Australia) early last year (2006) -- but now it feels like centuries ago. I used Daler-Rowney oil paints on a 40 cm x 60 cm Talons canvas (a really really good canvas).
Now, I have to literally gather my souls back to continue with my research =). Wish me luck, friends...

Wahhh hebat paintingnya bagus banget. Sejak kapan belajar ngelukis? Eh kalo di MIT ga banyak orang Indo berarti kenal antara satu sama laen dong (semua anak Indo). Gue ada temen tuh di sono namanya Andre.
haha g blajar gambar dari jaman pre-school (sama pak tino sidin). trus sd di sanggar mini (tomang) and private lesson with my aunt. smp di Lotus (dulu di Plaza Ind skrg di TA kayaknya), sma ga ada waktu (hehe di sekolah doank). abis lulus kuliah di NAFA (Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts). pas di MIT ikutan MIT SAA (Student Art Association).

hehe di MIT g cuma tau 1 orang Indo, itu pun bekas temen gua dulu hahahha... g ga pernah purposely nyari orang2 indo di sini sih.
