Hahahaha I quite like this new word (for me). The 'bet'. It doesn't rhyme with 'pet' but rather with 'limpet'.
They claim it to be Sundanese and means "banget" or "very". But the one who introduced it to me is a Javanese. So I kinda like the 'bet' with thick Suroboyo-nese accent rather than the original Sundanese.
Sometimes I wonder, am I too slow or are they too fast or are we doing different things? Until now, we've never compared our assignments or report though we do have discussion sometimes along the process. However, I feel like spending so much time in analysis and reporting while I saw my friend just did a quick one in few hours time. Huh? So what does the prof ask actually?
I know it's good to just stick to whatever you think is right. But if what you sacrifice is your time, you may think twice. Like what I do now. Rushing for my other assignment after spending so much time for the first. I believe I had a short circuit today. The words and numbers were meaningless to me after some time. I was sooooooooooooooo freaked out. And frustrated. Which made things worse, I have to admit. I'm so afraid once the workload is more than what we have now. Can I cope?
Worried. Confused. Unsure. Tired.
Mumet bet.
