It feels sooooo good to be at home. To be with your parents, siblings, the familiar routine, familliar smell of the kitchen, the familiar taste of food even as simple as banana fritters (a.k.a pisang goreng), the familiar humorous banter, the familiar laughter which is so typical, and of course, the food specially made by Bibi Marni which is just impossible to be duplicated.
And to put an icing on top of it, I have NO schedule, NO obligation, NO task, basically nothing to trigger my notorious uptightness.
I still wake up early though. It's such a waste to spend this holiday on bed. But it's also my only chance to have an eight-hour sleep everyday. Undisturbed.
I guess I have to really treasure this period before I start with exams, assignments, projects etc etc etc at school, which is starting next July.
For those in Jakarta, I am sorry if I haven't contacted you. Hahaha my laziness still enjoys its heyday... so forgive me, please.
PS: Man, this pisang goreng is just soooo good.
